60 day coordination

One on site visit, rehearsal dinner, and day of up to 10 hours

  • An Event Coordinator on site for up to 10 hours on wedding day

  • Set up of table linens and place settings

  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

  • Directing the ceremony processional

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

  • Providing an emergency kit

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Confirm decor choices: table linens, table cloths, centerpieces, aisle runner, chair markers, place cards, seating chart, etc

  • Confirm what you need to BRING: cake topper, cake knife, special champagne flutes, selfie station sign, veil/shoes, favors, welcome bags etc

  • Finalize Menu & Schedule a Menu Tasting, if provided

  • Finalize Flowers – both selection and where you want them included..
